I am interested in knowing CTC of Software Engineer 1 opening at Texas Instruments India, based on C/C++ Programming for on-campus hires. I've got to know from community sources that it is 25.5 LPA for B. Tech. Grads and around 28 LPA for M. Tech. Graduates. Is it correct and same for all such hires?

Yes friends, CTC is 25.5 LPA for bachelor fresher and breakup I got in INR after this question is as follows:
Base Package = 15.5 LPA, Joining Bonus = 3 LPA, Relocation 75K, Annual Bonus = 2 LPA, Benefits worth 1.21L, remaining Variable Pay and stocks.
Masters base pay is 17LPA.
 Please add or correct more values as someone gets.
