LTIMindtree Job Interview Experience -
Hello Everyone, Today I’m Sharing my LTIMindtree Interview Experience. Mindtree came to my college for the On-Campus Recruitment Drive. It consists of 3 Rounds and all 3 rounds were online.
Round 1: Written Round Online :
Online Test: This Round 1 consists of :
- Logical Ability for 20 minutes.
- Quantitative Ability for 20 minutes.
- Technical & Computer Programming for 35 minutes.
- Communication Assessments for 20 minutes.
This Round had a difficulty level of Easy to Medium also the Elimination Round.
Round 2: Technical Interview :
Shortlisted Students from the first Round are passed to Technical Interview After 1 week.
The Interviewer was very kind. He continued the interview with my Introduction. After Introduction He asked me Technical Questions as given below :
- My least and most loving subjects during my College.
- The Programming language that I know well.
- Write a Code to reverse a String in C++.
- What is the time complexity of Quick Sort?
- Tell me about your projects.
- He asked me 2 Aptitude questions: Number Series and Next Alphabet.
- He Asked about my Academics Scores throughout 10th, 12th, and Graduation.
This Interview Round had a difficulty level of Easy to Medium.
Round 3: HR Interview :
All Students Who had Clear the Technical Interview are passed to HR Interview This Round was held 1 week after the Technical Round This is the final Round of the Selection Process basically checks the Communication skills and Personality of the Individual. In this Round Questions asked are given below :
- Firstly Interviewer Allow me to introduce myself.
- What are Your Strength and Weakness?
- What are you know about Mindtree?
- Are you ready to Reallocate?
- Any Questions for me?
This Interview Round had a difficulty level of Easy.
He Wishes me Good Luck and Welcome to Mindtree. Around After a week I got my result with the Document sheet along All Selected Students and I was one of them.
VERDICT: SELECTED
The overall Difficulty level of the Selection Process was Easy to Moderate.
Make Sure you have a good command of the following :
- One Programming Language.
- Basic level of Data Structures and Algorithms, OOPS, DBMS.
- Prepare well everything written on your resume and be confident to answer about all.
